What do the
employees say?

From Part-Time Driver to Team Leader

At Nomeco, there’s room to grow. When I started as a part-time driver in 1998, I had no idea I would one day become a leader. The responsibility and trust I experience today mean a lot to me – and I want to pass that on. Pharma is complex and constantly evolving, and that’s exactly why my work feels both meaningful and rewarding – every single day.

Sune Weilert, Commercial Affairs Manager and Team Lead for BtB

From Trainee to Logistics Consultant

I started as a trainee at Nomeco and was thrown into a major digitalisation project from day one. It showed me that here, you’re trusted – and given responsibility. Today, I’m a Logistics Consultant and part of a strong community where we create smarter solutions and help keep the wheels of the healthcare sector turning. That makes me proud.

Helene Petersen, Logistics Consultant

Team Spirit at the Core

What makes Nomeco special is the sense of community – I felt it already when I worked as a driver. Today, I lead a team of 90 employees, where the interaction between people and operations is at the heart of everything we do. With us, you’re never just a link in the chain – you help make it all come together.

Anders Krarup, Operations Team Lead

At Nomeco, there are many opportunities

– and if you seize them, you can truly grow. I’ve had the chance to evolve alongside my own ambitions and take new steps along the way. From starting as an office trainee to now being Head of Business Support in Specific Pharma. It’s about being curious, taking responsibility, and daring to grab the chances that arise.

Josefine Sejdelin Christensen, Head of Business Support in Specific Pharma

Collaboration creates pride and security

When it really matters, the whole organization pulls together. Our close collaboration across departments ensures that life-saving medicine is delivered quickly and safely. It creates both pride and a sense of security – for us and for those who need it the most.

Simone Kerrn Fernando, Team Lead for Team Alpha Customer Service at ONE

At Nomeco, our greatest strength lies in our passionate and skilled employees who make a difference every single day. We know that a positive working environment is key to both wellbeing and success – which is why we prioritise creating a workplace where you have the opportunity to grow, develop, and achieve your career goals.

When you work with us, you become part of a greater purpose: ensuring that citizens and patients receive the right medicines at the right time. We value job satisfaction, ambition, and a desire to grow – and we believe that great ideas and initiative make us even better.

We expect commitment and responsibility, and in return, we work purposefully to be a workplace that supports your professional and personal development – for the benefit of both you and Nomeco as a whole.

Our Recruitment Process – Step by Step

A successful recruitment process at Nomeco is characterised by a thorough and thoughtful approach that ensures the right candidate is matched with both the team and the role.

We place great emphasis on finding a candidate who not only has the necessary qualifications and experience but who will also thrive and grow in the position. We always encourage potential candidates to contact us with any questions about the role, as we aim to create an open and transparent dialogue.

Your CV is the first thing we look at, so we encourage you to ensure it is up to date and clearly outlines your educational background, work experience, and achievements.

Initial Interview via Teams

If we are intrigued by your professional profile, you will be invited to an initial interview via Teams. This conversation lasts 10–15 minutes and gives you the opportunity to introduce yourself and your skills. The purpose of this short meeting is to align expectations for the role and understand what motivates you as a candidate.

We will send you the questions in advance so you can prepare. While 10–15 minutes may seem brief, we’ve had great success with this initial dialogue, as it gives us a solid foundation for selecting candidates for the first in-person interview.

Professional Selection with Interviews and Testing in a Supportive Setting

If you move forward in the process, you will be invited to a first interview with your future manager and possibly a colleague. Here, we will explore your professional and personal qualifications in more depth and assess how you and your skills fit into the team.

If you are invited to a second interview, you will be asked to complete two assessments. We use People Test System’s analysis tools to gain a nuanced understanding of your competencies and personality. You will receive feedback on your test results during the interview.

This structured approach ensures that we not only find the right candidate for the role but also create a positive experience for you as a potential future colleague. We look forward to meeting you and hope you will find the process both professional and welcoming.

Onboarding – Focus on Well-being and Clarity

At Nomeco, we know that a good start is essential for your wellbeing and job satisfaction. That’s why we prioritise a thorough and well-structured onboarding process that ensures you feel welcome and well-prepared for your new challenges. You’ll receive a comprehensive introduction to your role and colleagues, as well as a deep understanding of our business – which we know can be complex to navigate.

From your very first day, you’ll follow a tailored onboarding programme that guides you through the first weeks and helps you understand both your specific business area and Nomeco as a whole.

We are proud to be a social workplace where strong relationships are the foundation of a positive working environment. At Nomeco, we place great value on social interaction, as it plays a key role in your wellbeing and sense of belonging. We facilitate a range of social activities that help build and strengthen these connections, so you can feel part of the community. Whether through team-building events, shared lunches, or other social gatherings, our goal is to create a workplace where you can form bonds and find support among your colleagues.
